Terms & Conditions

Booking & Reservation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A valid Emirates ID or Passport is required for all guests at the time of booking.
  • The resort is rented as a whole unit; partial bookings are not available.
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email and/or WhatsApp.
  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request (subject to availability and additional charges).

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and bank transfers.
  • A security deposit of 1,000 AED is collected at check-in and refunded after inspection at check-out.
  • All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes.
  • Weekend rates (Friday-Saturday) may differ from weekday rates.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 48+ hours before check-in: Full refund minus processing fees.
  • 24-48 hours before check-in: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund.
  • No-show: No refund will be provided.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
  • In case of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions), alternative dates will be offered.

Guest Conduct & Rules

  • Maximum occupancy must not exceed the stated limit for the property.
  • The resort is a family-friendly establishment.
  • Loud music and noise are prohibited after 10:00 PM.
  • Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
  • Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained.
  • Any damage to property will be charged to the security deposit or billed separately.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

Pool & Facilities

  • Children must be supervised by adults at all times near the pool.
  • Pool hours: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM.
  • No diving or running around the pool area.
  • BBQ facilities must be used responsibly; charcoal disposal in designated bins only.
  • Please keep all facilities clean and report any issues immediately.

Liability & Insurance

  • Mreef Resort is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to guests or their property.
  • Guests are advised to have their own travel/medical insurance.
  • The resort reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a booking without refund in case of violation of these terms.

Privacy & Data

  • We collect personal information solely for booking and communication purposes.
  • ID documents are stored securely and used only for verification.
  • We do not share your information with third parties without consent.
  • CCTV cameras are installed in common areas for security purposes.
